  • NSFW art depicting Characters under the age of 18 as well of said characters but aged up. That should be obvious.

  • NSFW art of IRL people without consent and confirmation.

  • Art for NFTS and AI use

  • Machinery/Mecha (I'm working on it I swear)

GENERAL TERMS

  • By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms of service, which may change at any time without warning.

  • Details need to be specified before the payment is made. I will charge extra for any change of large details if they're not told before payment.

  • I will not begin the commission before receiving the full payment

  • Minor changes are possible at any stage

  • Commission may take up to 1-4 week(s). You will be notified if any delays occurs

USAGE

  • I retain the copyright and rights to my work and any image I create

  • No commercial use allowed. You may not profit from the art, sell prints or products UNLESS we come to a private agreement.

  • I may post the commission unless you've asked for it to remain private.

  • You are welcome to upload the commission to social media, as long as you give me credit for the work

PAYMENT

  • The payment must be sent as Goods & Services

  • I only accept payment through PayPal.

  • I do not accept any other forms of payment

REFUNDS

  • If you wish to cancel the commission during the sketch phase, you will be refunded 50% of the original payment

  • Any cancellation during or after the lineart/painting phase will not be refunded

  • You’ll receive a full refund if for any reason I am not able to finish the commission

  • If you wish to cancel before any work has been made, you will receive a full refund

ADOPTABLES

  • Designs created by me may be used for personal use. If it's commercial use I.E for VTUBING, the price may double.

  • Trading and reselling is allowed. HOWEVER. Upselling is not. Unless there has been created additional content for said design.

  • Holds will last for up to 2 weeks / 14 days.

  • Payment plans not permitted at this time.

Hi! Thank you for your interest in commissioning me!

  • State what you'd like early on in the Email. If you'd like a Standard Full-Body, Emotes, Painting Headshot ETC.

  • Be sure to provide photo references of said character. If none are available, a good description is acceptable as well. If said character has a piece of complex design (I.E Tattoo, fabric pattern) be sure to send that.

  • Provide a pose reference! A descriptive idea for a pose is acceptable too. If you'd like a specific perspective you can mention that as well.
